If, when the customer receives his order, he is not satisfied, he has a period of 14 days, from the date of receipt of the order to execute the right of (according to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, dated 16 November, Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users). The cost of shipping and collection in case of return will be borne by the customer.
To proceed with the return the customer must send us an email to
info@jugonesclub.com , these are the requirements for the return:
- The returned item must be in the same conditions in which it was sent. With its original packaging, including warranties and labels.
- If the return is due to an error on our part, or the article is defective, changes will be made by other products.
- The shipping costs on the returns will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error of ours or a defect in the product, in which case, shipping costs will be borne by our company.
Once the goods have been received in our warehouses, after verification of the status of the same, proceed to the refund of the amount according to the modality of payment made by the customer.
- If the client made the payment by cash on delivery or by transfer, the amount will be paid in the account number provided by the customer. The right of withdrawal of the buyer does not imply the imposition of any penalties, but must, as the case may be, compensate the damages of the object of the purchase.
- If the customer made the payment by credit card, the refund will proceed on the same credit card.
When a customer benefits from "Free shipping costs" for purchases over €100, when making a total or partial return, the shipping costs generated will be discounted if your final purchase does not exceed €100
Procedure for making a return
- The customer should send us an e-mail to the address: info@jugonesclub.com , indicating that you want to make a return.
- You will then receive an e-mail with the instructions that you must follow to complete the return process.
